Warfare is a measure of a wide variety of abilities. Use of any weapon, munition, explosive, or vehicle is governed by Warfare. It also includes abstract warfare concepts, such as the strategy and tactics of engagement, defining the theater of battle, and making decisions about the relative strengths of arrayed forces.
Elements of physical deception are also covered by warfare: stealth, camouflage, and physical misdirection. This can include sleight of hand and feats of coordination.
Finally, warfare is an essential tool for coordinated action and leadership in a military setting; it allows the character to plan an action and to give their insight and aid to other participants in a coordinated engagement.
